During my junior year of college football, I suffered a severe injury - a one-inch tear in my hip flexor and a grade 3 strain in my lower back from performing a heavy squat with the team.
Since I was approaching my last year as a collegiate athlete, I decided that instead of finishing my career at Eastern Washington University, I would transfer to Yale and start learning everything I possibly could about how I could fix my lower back pain.
